Your Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your duties will include generating and scheduling property valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating rental agreements, and managing the process of letting properties through to exchange and completion.

What We Seek:

Ideally, you will have experience in sales, possess exceptional customer service skills, and demonstrate resilience, positivity, organization, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a valid UK driving license.
