About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in East Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day servicing of the electrical infrastructure and performing breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with electrical applications commonly encountered within the contract
  • Attend reactive calls and complete tasks efficiently
  • Complete planned maintenance tasks within stated time frames
  • Become an Appointed Person if required by the site
  • Assist clients with ad-hoc tasks and provide excellent customer service
  • Have a thorough understanding of all plant and systems
  • Cover shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

Requirements

  • City & Guilds level 2 minimum / NVQ level 3 minimum
  • Previous experience in an engineering position within the service industry
  • Experience of building client relationships
  • Knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems
  • IEE 17th Edition certification
  • IOSH Working Safely minimum
