Job Title: Administration Manager

Search Consultancy is currently working with a nationwide client to recruit an Administration Manager on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration and management support to the company, as well as some ad hoc administration and support across other areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise company workload and manage deadlines across the administration of the business
  • Collaborate with managers across the business to ensure tasks are completed
  • Carry out PA duties for senior managers and directors
  • Supervise administration staff
  • Onboard new starts and process leavers across the business
  • Arrange site inductions for new starts and contractors
  • Support with the company's recruitment process, including sifting CVs and arranging interviews
  • Organise and attend confidential meetings, taking notes where needed
  • Manage room bookings for meetings
  • Support managers with ad hoc administration duties
  • Perform various other basic admin duties as needed, including ordering supplies and stationery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Administration management or Office Manager role, preferably with exposure to HR
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied and sometimes very busy workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
