About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, and light housework.
- Accompany clients on outings, such as shopping, appointments, and social events.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be reliable, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£25.60, depending on the shift.
- Mileage and travel time reimbursement.
- A paid day off on your birthday.
- Consistent client interaction and a minimum of 1-hour calls.
- Every other weekend off.
- A comprehensive induction program, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities.
