About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Rescue Training Manager to join our team at Land & Wave Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering Rescue 3 courses, training staff, and developing the courses and qualifications that we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Rescue 3 courses to our clients
- Train and develop our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training
- Develop and implement new courses and qualifications to meet the needs of our clients
- Manage and maintain our Rescue Training equipment and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role within the Rescue or Adventure Sector
- Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Instructor certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
