Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team at Empiric. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical and executive teams by providing strategic guidance on data architecture and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data architecture solutions that support business objectives and provide high-quality data for decision-making.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of data models, data integration, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data governance frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Empiric remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Deep technical expertise in data architecture and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Erwin Data Modeler).
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Certification in relevant data architecture or related fields.
