Job Title: Chef de Partie

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Maldron Hotel Shoreditch. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Ensure high-quality food standards are maintained at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
