About the Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our warehouse environment. Your primary responsibility will involve operating forklift machinery to move materials safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate counterbalance forklifts according to instructions, handling various types of goods with precision and care.
  • Contribute to general warehouse duties as required, supporting the overall workflow and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist the Site Manager in completing tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols and guidelines on site, prioritizing a safe working environment for yourself and others.

About You

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid CPCS/NPORS card demonstrating your proficiency in operating counterbalance forklifts.
  • Two professional references from previous employers who can attest to your work ethic and reliability (Site managers/supervisors name & number).
  • A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential qualities for this position.
