Role Overview

In the position of Swimming Instruction Assistant, you will collaborate with the Swimming Teacher to facilitate lessons for participants of all ages, from infants to adults. Your role will involve assisting in the development of swimmers' skills and boosting their confidence in the water. You may be tasked with guiding a small group of learners focused on mastering specific techniques, all under the supervision of the Swimming Teacher.

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Required:

1) Experience working with children

2) Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Technical / Professional Qualifications

3) Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification, SEQ Level 1, or equivalent.

Desirable:

1) Background in assisting swimming instruction or children's classes.
