We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Euro Site Services Ltd. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled engineering and construction personnel across the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and place skilled engineering and construction personnel across the EU.
- Grow the pool of contractors and exceed client expectations.
- Utilize various tools to attract quality candidates.
- Shortlist and submit candidates to clients, onboard new contractors, and manage payroll.
- Plan workload, delegate tasks, and manage a recruitment assistant.
- Build relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and colleagues.
- Administer strategies to attract candidates.
- Conduct interviews, organize training, and facilitate travel arrangements for contractors.
- Address queries, calculate employment offers, and translate CVs as needed.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure follow-up on important actions.
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience with fluent Romanian and English language skills.
- Confident communication skills and IT literacy.
- Organized, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to motivate self and others with a positive attitude.
- Located in the UK or willing to relocate.
