Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily supply chain processes to meet agreed customer service levels.
- Support the Supply Chain Relationship Manager & Controller in delivering customer excellence while managing costs.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure accurate and accessible data.
- Analyse service level reports to identify issues and present corrective actions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific reporting systems to improve account management.
- Maintain scorecards for designated accounts and prepare for supply meetings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive actions for continuous enhancement.
