- Collaborate with external professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
- Experience in elderly care, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
