Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Financial Planner to join our wealth management team at Quilter Financial Planning. In addition to reviewing client goals, existing attitude towards risk, and portfolio performance on a regular basis, the Senior Financial Planner's primary responsibilities include meeting with clients regularly to provide personalized financial planning advice.


To provide clients with the very best advisory services, a Senior Financial Planner must possess excellent communication skills, enjoy getting to know their clients and their unique goals, and have a deep understanding of the financial industry. As part of the job, you will meet with and recruit prospective and new clients, develop relationships with professionals that will result in new client referrals for the business, and work closely with our team to deliver trusted financial advice.


At Quilter Financial Planning, we specialize in delivering wealth management solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our team includes experienced financial planners and mortgage advisers, as well as a client service and operations team. We are committed to providing trusted financial advice that always serves the client's best interests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and advisory work
  • Designated Level 4 qualified advisor
  • Ability and willingness to network and develop new client relationships
  • Working knowledge of investment management
  • Detail-oriented with good multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
  • Positive attitude with an open mind
  • Good IT skills desirable
