Working Hours: The role encompasses a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week, with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. Additionally, a compressed work schedule is available, allowing some employees to enjoy a 9-day fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and manage the audit process.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders on technical accounting issues.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to review and enhance financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a robust financial control framework.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in financial regulations and reporting standards.
