Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings and farewells to customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Utilize your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs, both in-store and online.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and effectively.
  • Process deliveries and help to get new stock onto the shop floor.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back of house area.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure GDPR procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working under your own direction at times.
  • A team player.
