We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and managing outstanding utility bills and arrears.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances and our client's criteria.
- Assist our agents in the field to set up and agree payment plans and process payments from customers.
- Operate in a contact centre environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.
- Update CRM systems with information relating to calls, including general updates, resolution details, and other relevant data.
- Liaise directly with our clients to establish the correct resolutions for their customers.
- Manage calls within the company's agreed quality framework.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
