Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and managing outstanding utility bills and arrears.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances and our client's criteria.
  • Assist our agents in the field to set up and agree payment plans and process payments from customers.
  • Operate in a contact centre environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.
