Exciting Opportunity at MC Personnel

We are currently seeking skilled Horticultural Workers and Park Rangers to join our team in Gravesend. As a Horticultural Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including van driving, grass cutting, gardening, maintenance, tree surgery, ride-on lawn mowing, and ground maintenance.

Key Requirements:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Background in horticultural work and relevant skills

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position after 24 weeks and benefit from an increased rate after completing 12 weeks. If you are a motivated and skilled individual with a passion for horticulture, we encourage you to apply.
