About the Role

As an Engineering Transformation Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change within our client projects. Your focus will be on streamlining processes and cultivating behaviors that contribute to successful engineering delivery at the site level.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging induction sessions for new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate workshops on 'working in a cell' and best practices, empowering the team with valuable insights.
  • Lead configuration maturity sessions, guiding the team towards optimal performance.
  • Conduct 'HoPsCotch' sessions, providing clear direction and governance for project execution.
  • Proactively ensure each new team member has all necessary resources and preparation before their sessions.
  • Gather feedback from sessions and synthesize key insights to share with the Implementation Lead.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment design.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in product management is highly desirable.
  • Comfort facilitating small group discussions and leading workshops.
  • A proactive approach to ensure team members are well-prepared for sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to capture and share session feedback effectively.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
