About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Insights Analyst to join our Management Information Team at Career Connect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and analysing large datasets, interpreting and predicting trends, and helping to shape our current data services to ensure significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
  • Analyse large datasets and understand data segmentation and reporting insights.
  • Deliver reporting/analysis and present information clearly and engagingly.
  • Experience in working with, manipulating, and interpreting data.
  • Proficient in SQL programming and knowledge of Power BI and/or other BI dashboard applications.

Requirements:

What We Offer

This is a permanent position with a salary starting at £37,820 per annum. There is an ability for hybrid working with a requirement to work from Head Office, Walker House for a minimum of 2 days per week.
