Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Airborne ISR. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract and aviation regulatory requirements. You will proactively manage the identification of quality issues/concerns and support the Accountable Manager's and Cyber, Space & Training Quality Manager with defined Quality Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Assure Airborne ISR remains compliant with multiple Military and Civil aviation regulatory approvals and Raytheon's code of conduct and business practices.
\u2022 Commit personal time and energy to pursuing improvements and innovations across the business and is quality focused.
\u2022 Promote risk-based thinking in regards to regulatory and contractual compliance.
\u2022 Promote change management within Airborne ISR.
\u2022 Ability to generate business metrics.
\u2022 Ability to review and assess business metrics to recommend improvements to the BMS.
\u2022 Maintenance of compliance mapping toolsets and QMS management software.

Requirements:

\u2022 SC (current)
\u2022 QMS Lead Auditor
\u2022 Must be well versed in Proactive / Predictive Maintenance Techniques, 8D (RRCA) with sound knowledge of FMEA.
\u2022 Must have a strong recent background in Aviation Quality Systems.
\u2022 Regulatory training in one or more of the following regulations: Part 145, Part 21G, Part 21J, MAOS, DAOS, CFAOS, AS9110.
\u2022 Willingness to learn.

Desirable:

\u2022 Working Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Flows, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
