Position Overview:
As a dedicated Childcare Practitioner at Tigerlily Childcare, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and supporting the development of young children in our nursery and preschool environment. This full-time position involves working 40 hours over a 4-day week, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute daily routines in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), tailoring activities to meet individual children's needs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain daily checklists to ensure a safe and secure environment for all children.
- Oversee daily operations to uphold safety standards, including managing permission forms and allergy requirements.
- Perform ongoing assessments of children's learning progress, comparing outcomes to EYFS standards and utilizing progress trackers.
- Maintain open communication with parents through our parent portal, face-to-face interactions, and during information evenings.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective day-to-day nursery operations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their confidence and understanding of their roles.
- Inspire and motivate the team to create an optimal learning environment for children.
