Your Role as a Learning & Development Supplier Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Supplier Manager to join our dynamic HR team on a 12-month secondment basis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing external L&D supplier contracts, ensuring they meet financial, delivery, and service criteria. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee effective delivery and adherence to required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of external L&D suppliers, meticulously ensuring compliance with contract requirements encompassing financial performance, quality benchmarks, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in the delivery of learning programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Category Managers and C&P stakeholders to guarantee that all L&D contracts align with National Highways' policies and procedures.
  • Effectively manage the budget allocated for all L&D activities, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of L&D suppliers, conducting comprehensive contract assessments as needed to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to all supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience within an L&D environment, with a demonstrated track record of managing suppliers against contract specifications, SLAs, and quality assurance criteria.
  • Extensive experience in supplier management, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices and effective strategies.
  • A comprehensive grasp of service level standards and requirements within the L&D sector.
  • A professional background in Learning & Development, showcasing your expertise in curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
