Job Title: Social Worker - Form F Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Form F Assessor. As a self-employed worker with TACT, you will be responsible for undertaking Form F assessments for prospective foster carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake and complete Form F assessments in a timely manner
  • Visit personal referees as identified on the application form
  • Ensure all checks and references are completed
  • Provide regular written updates to the supervisor
  • Liaise with the administrative team regarding progress
  • Be available for supervision and consultation as required
  • Present completed Form Fs to the virtual fostering panel
  • Be aware of child protection procedures and report any concerns
Requirements:
  • Dip SW, CSS, or CQSW qualification
  • Registration with the relevant regulatory body
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG check
