Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Head Bartender to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our members, collaborating with our Bars Manager and Head Bartenders to drive bar operations, and supporting the development of our junior bartenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the Bars Manager and other Head Bartenders to drive bar operations and improve customer experience
  • Support the development of our junior bartenders and barbacks
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and condition of the bar areas
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable personal grooming and appearance
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in English language
