About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential lettings team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of residential lettings and progress to a Lettings Negotiator role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
