Senior Construction Project Manager Opportunity

A highly motivated and seasoned Senior Project Manager is needed to join our dynamic team at CV Library in Newcastle. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with our team of experts across 8 UK offices, each with over a century of industry presence.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare projects to support our continued success and growing opportunities in the healthcare sector. With a strong pipeline of secured projects, we are well-positioned to achieve our ambitious goals. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to directorship, offering exceptional opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. NEC 3/4 Accreditation is a Must
  2. Healthcare experience essential
  3. A Construction related degree qualification is highly desirable
  4. Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  5. Must maintain high service standards
  6. Collaborative team player and able to work independently
  7. Proven experience in managing healthcare projects
