We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Resourcery Group in Chester. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for our dynamic workforce.
About the RoleAs the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll for employees, managing deductions, pensions, and benefits, maintaining up-to-date payroll records and reports, and resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations
- Manage deductions, pensions, and benefits
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Stay current with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Previous experience in a payroll role
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Understanding of UK payroll laws and regulations
