Salon Floor Manager Wanted

We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our vibrant Aveda Lifestyle Hair Salon in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering creativity and growth
  • Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Manage team performance and development, driving growth and meeting benchmarks
  • Analyse weekly reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Handle scheduling, rota management, stock control, and front-of-house duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and resolve challenges efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven managerial and customer service experience in a high-performance environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Passion for sustainability and wellbeing, aligned with our Aveda ethos
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and experience using booking systems and Excel/Google Sheets
