Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Executing the culinary vision to meet company standards and surpass guest expectations
- Managing all aspects of food inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock management, and waste control
- Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining efficient kitchen operations and stepping in during their absence
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff to help them realize their full potential
- Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations as per legal and company standards
