Lead the Future of NatWest Boxed Banking-as-a-Service

We're seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the success of our cross-functional teams building key interfaces for our clients. As a Product Manager, you'll be accountable for delivering new and enhanced products across all categories, ensuring alignment with regulation and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a vision for the direction of your Mission team to transform our client-facing APIs, API Gateway, API Ops, Documentation, and Client interaction points.
  • Work with your teams to understand and solve colleague and user problems aligned with our vision and business OKRs.
  • Create loved products, drive colleague engagement, and efficiencies to help the Boxed business scale.
  • Ensure product ways of working are adopted and continuously improved by your teams and the wider organisation as part of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Ensure that work is appropriately scoped, estimated delivery goals are understood, and progress against goals is clearly communicated to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with APIs as consumer products, especially in Financial Services.
  • Proficient in product leadership, ideally with some experience in financial services.
  • High attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence leading successful consumer products from concept to adoption, with experience in all stages of the product lifecycle.
