Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Centre Operations Manager to join our team at One Avenue Group. As a Centre Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services Management:
    • Conduct regular client service reviews to ensure high service levels are maintained.
    • Address client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Conduct pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients, managing associated tasks and inventories.
  • Financial Management:
    • Take responsibility for revenue, budgeting, and full reviews of profit and loss (P&L) statements of the centre.
    • Oversee and manage pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns.
    • Manage billing, debt chasing, and other financials with clients.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Assess resources within the centre and ensure operational efficiencies.
    • Conduct audits across Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments.
    • Review and enhance all internal operational processes.
    • Continually assess the centre and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Contract Management:
    • Learn and understand the terms and conditions of client contracts.
    • Raise basic licence agreements and service agreements on our client management system requests.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' operational experience within a client-facing industry.
  • Proficient in H&S regulations and Facilities Management.
  • Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
