About the Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Jacobs, working on the Repository Infrastructure Framework project at the Low Level Waste Repository site in Cumbria. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing projects and tasks across the Contract Framework, ensuring flawless execution and meeting delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver Design projects and tasks across the Contract Framework.
  • Ensure project execution meets or beats delivery commitments.
  • Communicate capability needs clearly.
  • Participate in Design Reviews and organize such reviews as needed.
  • Maintain delivery team capability, identifying and covering shortfalls.
  • Ensure Health & Safety requirements are understood and complied with.
  • Produce accurate financial forecasts for the delivery area.
  • Drive project performance in line with financial forecast and report project performance indicators.
  • Implement 'best practice' and LFE into framework/project/task delivery.
  • Manage varying demand profiles and resource needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Familiarity with NEC 4 contracts.
  • Good working knowledge of CEMAR.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical or business discipline.
  • Good understanding of financial and commercial aspects of project management.
  • APM qualification or equivalent.
