Specifications Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Specifications Technologist to join our Central Technical Team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to transition from raw material specifications to finished product specifications or for those with experience in finished product specifications looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain specifications for raw materials and finished products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure specifications meet business requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues as needed

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000
  • A 5% matched enhanced pension scheme
  • 25 days holiday + statutory bank holidays

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with 3 days on-site in Birmingham and 2 days working from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of specifications and technical documentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
