Aurora Samuel's Associates - R2R Specialists are partnering with a dynamic Food Manufacturing Recruitment agency to find an exceptional Resourcer who will collaborate closely with the Managing Director to place and work permanent roles.

Key responsibilities for the Resourcer include:

  • Utilizing advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, and Salesforce to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Creating client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Maintaining an updated and organized candidate database, ensuring all interactions and candidate information are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
  • Supporting follow-up activities based on the calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day.
  • Assisting with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements for the Resourcer include:

  • Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for the Food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • Strong experience with resourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, Salesforce, and job posting platforms.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
