Job Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons within the national curriculum, meeting the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
- Support the class team in facilitating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Report on pupils' progress and concerns, and liaise with other School staff to ensure pupils' needs are met.
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom time, including extra-curricular activities and school trips.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and drive interaction and positive learning outcomes.
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Suitable qualification to degree level.
- Previous successful teaching experience.
- Some previous experience of working with pupils with SEND within an Educational setting.
- Experience of behavior management and techniques.
- Committed to professional development and willing to learn.
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to commencing work.
