About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Strategist to join our team as Head of Long-Term Investment Strategy. This newly created position will advise the Chief Investment Officer and asset allocation committee to make informed long-term investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Nest's investment cases, including investment thesis, anti-thesis, and burning questions, and metrics used to monitor them.
  • Conduct research to enhance the asset class dashboard and make recommendations for asset allocation of Nest's portfolios.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to the CIO and asset allocation committee.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Long-Term Investment Strategy team.
  • Be an ambassador for Nest Invest, driving standards in investment management and raising Nest's profile as a leading asset owner and partner in the pension and investment management industries.
