Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support to pupils to help them achieve their academic and personal goals
* Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of each pupil
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
* Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of pupil progress and involve them in the learning process

Requirements:

* A strong background in education or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other support staff
* Strong organizational and time management skills
