Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage new enquiries, triage, and follow-up efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handle filing, billing, and credit control tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with Land Registry applications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage diaries and perform general secretarial duties, supporting the team's productivity.
  • Support the team in all aspects of non-legal advisor work, contributing to the firm's success.
Requirements:
  • Previous legal experience as a secretary or administrator, ideally in property or real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in a busy, professional environment, with a proven track record of success.
