We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our predevelopment process, including land identification, pre-planning, planning, and mobilisation stages. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our standard house type portfolio and will have a proven track record in house building pre-development management.

About You
  • You will have substantial experience in a house building pre-development management position within an established house building organisation.
  • You will have proven ability to provide inspirational leadership and experience of managing budgets.
  • You will have knowledge of relevant legislation and government regulations.
  • You will have a degree level or equivalent in a related discipline.
