About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our established legal team at Arbuthnot Yon. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our litigation strategy and supporting our business in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of paralegals and specialists in handling complex disputes and litigation cases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and resolve high-value, complex disputes with customers relating to contractual, debt, and regulatory issues
  • Support the Senior Legal Counsel with more complex cases and provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of PQE gained in private practice or in-house, with a focus on litigation and disputes
  • Proven track record of success in handling complex litigation cases and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
