Position Summary: We are currently seeking two reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a thriving and committed team for morning shifts (7:30am - 3:30pm).
Key Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle to ensure punctual attendance.
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
- Previous experience in warehouse dispatch is essential.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
Contract Details: This role is offered as a temporary position for six months, with a strong potential for permanent employment. The hourly wage is competitive, paid weekly, along with 25 days of annual leave plus recognized bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal and warehouse KPIs, ensuring timely and complete dispatch of deliveries.
- Prioritize urgent tasks and manage cross-docked items and customer backorders efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, as well as handling materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure timely stock movement to replenish picking bins.
- Accurately pack picked products according to their temperature requirements.
- Become fully trained on SAP R/3 Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to meet task requirements.
- Conduct daily inventory checks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to housekeeping directives.
- Follow quality system procedures and contribute to their ongoing improvement.
