**Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract and Procurement Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for handling high-volume caseloads in contract and procurement from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on contract and procurement matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Handle disputes arising from procurement and contract-related issues, providing expert legal advice and representation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement regulations, with a minimum of 3+ years of PQE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
