Your Role as a Customer Delivery SpecialistAs a Customer Delivery Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our online customers have a seamless and positive experience from order confirmation to vehicle delivery. You'll be the dedicated point of contact for each customer, guiding them through every step of the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, providing regular updates on their order progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders by the Aftersales department before collection.
- Work closely with the documents and logistics team to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery to the customer's chosen location.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers after vehicle handover, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Gather and report customer feedback to the Management Team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
We seek a motivated and customer-centric individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, along with proficiency in IT and PC applications.
Knowledge of FCA compliance and regulations is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided. A full UK Driving License is required for this role.
