GSL Education is partnering with a highly regarded Secondary School in Salford to find a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant.

This school has an outstanding reputation for providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students within the KS3/KS4 curriculum.

Your Responsibilities
  • Learning Development: Assist students with their academic progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Education Support: Work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans and provide in-class assistance to students.
  • Social & Behavioral Development: Foster a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere, supporting students' social and emotional well-being.
  • Pupil Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during class time and breaks.
