Position Overview

The Developer Link is collaborating with an innovative XR organization seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to enhance their development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing mentorship and support to team members, with opportunities for advancement into a leadership position

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Senior-level experience with a focus on mentorship and potential for leadership growth
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development
  • Full-stack capabilities with a backend emphasis
  • Proficiency in .NET Core
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, preferably using Azure DevOps
  • Background in architecture design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and microservices architecture
  • Experience in gaming, Unity, or XR environments is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model with a requirement for some onsite presence
  • Team composition includes 2 backend developers and 1 frontend developer
  • Permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience
