About the Team:

The Colleague Messaging and Surveillance engineering team, within the Technology function, is responsible for delivering and supporting communication tools that allow employees to connect and collaborate efficiently across multiple devices. With a focus on innovation and productivity, this team ensures that technology supports rather than hinders the bank's mission of helping customers succeed.

About the Opportunity:

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to a continuous cycle of transformation, embracing new tools and opportunities to ensure the bank stays ahead in its use of modern workplace technologies.

  • Balance business needs with technical requirements, risk factors, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and implement cloud-native solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative communication tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud-native technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of software lifecycles and software maintenance, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with communication technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations in cloud environments.
  • Microsoft Exchange (on-premise and 365 cloud)
  • Email Encryption tools, such as Microsoft Purview
