About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Design Manager to join our team at Interactive Investor, a leading investment platform. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of UX designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and efficiency in design across multiple platforms and products.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of UX designers.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, including user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Expertise in industry-standard design tools, such as Figma, and other prototyping and wireframing tools.
  • Strong ability to create visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs, with attention to detail in typography, color theory, layout, and overall visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and best practices, with experience in designing inclusive products that are accessible to users of all abilities.
