Role Overview
The University is seeking to appoint a new Head of University Governance. This role entails leading the governing body of the University, ensuring effective governance, and collaborating with the Principal and other governing members to establish the strategic vision and objectives of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership to the governing body.
  • Setting the strategic direction of the University.
  • Ensuring the achievement of key institutional objectives.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should demonstrate:

  • A proven history of successful leadership in executive or non-executive roles within organizations of similar scale and complexity.
  • Extensive experience in chairing board-level meetings and collaborating with chief executives in complex environments.
  • A strong personal commitment to the mission and values of the University.
