International Tax Director

VanRath is seeking a talented International Tax Manager/Associate Director to join their dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will take the lead in presenting solutions to complex technical issues, leveraging your deep technical knowledge in international tax to develop innovative solutions, and managing a team on demanding assignments. The role offers significant opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the provision of international tax services across a diverse range of clients and sectors.
- Provide strategic support for clients' cross-border transactions, assessing their international tax strategies, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, prioritisation, and billing requirements are met.
- Contribute to the development of the tax practice by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
- Significant post-qualification experience in corporate or international tax within a large firm.
- A flexible working arrangement (3 days per week) in Belfast.
- Ongoing opportunities for professional development and career progression.
