Core Responsibilities

  • Acting as a central point for all technical inquiries and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in calculations and communications.
  • Providing specialist expertise and advice to support the development of innovative solutions and processes.
  • Assessing complex technical issues and offering expert guidance to drive solutions and improve service quality.
  • Contributing to the development of business processes and procedures, and ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Establishing and managing quality controls to guarantee accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Applying technical expertise to support the achievement of business objectives and quality standards.
  • Producing high-quality processes and procedures, and sharing knowledge with team members to support their development.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Guiding and coaching team members to support their growth and development, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and using this information to drive solutions and business growth.
  • Supporting the implementation of quality objectives and business initiatives, and adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Representing Equiniti at technical forums and industry events, and maintaining a high level of professional expertise and knowledge.
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement and efficiency gains, and implementing changes to support business growth and development.
  • Ensuring the quality of work through regular checks and reviews, and performing additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
